i have always been interested in naturism, but never had the nerve to try it. but when alone in the house i started going naked. felt a bit guilty but enjoyed it. slowly i started going in the garden, first for a quick taste and then slowly enjoying the time outside. this slowly progressed to doing jobs outside naked. which really enjoyed.
then when going on holiday abroad i saw a naturist beach, cound help wondering what it was like. so had a quick walk with my clothes on. but just had to go back without clothes. it was very nice to be so free, without any inhabitians.
since my first experience i now regularly go to naturist beaches and have even convinced my wife who also comes and enjoys it. we are now looking to join a naturist club.
if you not tried it, then please do, you will find it very enjoyable. im sure.

I was very fortunate to have been at school at a time when teachers and boys all showered together and when we were taken on trips to the mountains, we would hike and leaders and boys would skinny-dip together.  So, from childhood, nudity was not a big deal.  Teenage friends of either sex and I would sunbathe nude and what I now see as a somewhat strange thing is that this was all so normal, we never thought of being labelled as naturists, whatever such people were!  In adult life, I have enjoyed the company of broad-minded people, in California and in the UK, where visiting friends could involve other friends of theirs but strangers to us coming round for drinks, a meal and a dip in the hot tub and/or pool - just great social nudity.  I love the fact that it is illegal in Germany (and some other places) to wear anything in a public sauna and that it is legal to be nude in public on Spanish soil except for places like Barcelona with specific by-laws.

Interesting. A lot of us that have no history of family nudity, etc. start by just walking around the house without clothes on a whim, and then get quite addicted.

Yes I found it addictive, the more I do it the more I want to. I just don't feel comfortable in clothes

Similar to myself I guess. Never had body confidence issues, though brought up in a strict household, I went naked at every opportunity. Got caught a couple of times!
When I got my own house, I continued and tried to show my own children that there is nothing wrong about it. Son:fail, daughter: success 😊

When I was at senior school (then boys only, co-ed now)in the sixties, the swim session would end with the male swim teacher throwing boys naked into the pool before they changed back into their school clothes. Everyone suffered the same indignity. Imagine that happening now - no way.

What it did for me was that it made me comfortable with being naked in front of others so much so that a naturist holiday did not present any body confidence issues. In fact, I was extremely keen to be with like minded people.

I just wish I had more opportunities to indulge in the lifestyle at home and abroad. I would attend swims more often and go on regular naturist holidays if it wasn't for the fact that I am surrounded by relatives and friends who appear to have "Presbyterian" attitudes (maybe a Scottish thing) to nakedness.

I love being in my skin
