Hi Folks,
Will be going to South Wales end of August/early September and if this so called British Summer permits us we'll be visiting on if these two. Love to hear people's views especially given it will be my wife and I
Thanks
Well Kenfig Burrows or Monknash are ok, if you go to right places
Kenfig Burrows :park in main car park and walk to beach then turn left and find a place where quiet, if you go down as far as wreck you can see in sand, lot of action going on.
Monknash: park n farmers field, honesty box and then walk down road to CWM over stone stile and walk to beach then along rocks on right until you come to large sandy cove and place yourself in middle and further along but again further you go you can expect activity unfortunately. Check on tide times.walk through Cwm is nice.
Haven't been tp Cefn Sidan for quite some time but believe if you go far enough and stay near dunes it's ok.
Enjoy
