Southerndown beach in south wales off Ogmore by Sea is a lovely beach and has an unofficial naturist area around a mile or so walk along the beach between the two coves.

Have to watch out for the tides or your stay may be rather longer than you had planned for

My wife and I are staying near there in August so I was looking on Google satellite view for any long sandy beaches (in addition to Kenfig Burrows) and saw that one looked lovely. Had no idea it was an unofficial beach. We'll have to check it out. Thank you.

Whitford sands always used to be a good unofficial clothing-optional location although we have had to cover up for a few minutes when a school party came past.
