I'm not sure what I would class as my first time nude. I can remember being a young teenager and living out in the country riding my bike to a secluded spot and getting naked alone on a summers day.
I was often stripping off at home when I had the house to myself also.
Later at university there were lots of opportunities for outdoor nakedness, sometimes accompanied by a girlfriend and sometimes alone.
I would however probably say that my first real naturist experience did not occur until I was early 30's and accidentally on purpose ended up on a nude beach with my wife. She wasn't really prepared for me to admit then that I wanted to join the other nude folk and did get a little annoyed at first but once I had taken that nerve wracking step and lost my shorts she did soon relax and calm down.
Within a few minutes I was relaxed and comfortable and enjoying the feeling of freedom we all now know so well.
My wife has accompanied me to many beaches since then and even to a c/o resort on one occasion and we are going to VP this year where she says she will join me for her first time.... I hope she does!

If the environment is right for her she will.
My other half wouldn't have been seen dead without clothes until we visited hot springs in the US. I pointed out there were others there who looked far worse than she ever would. (Not that they bothered me) Not long after that conversation she was naked in public for the first time. It's taken a little gentle coaxing since then but with me putting any pressure on her she now accompanies me to our swim.
