I have just become aware of a new naturist b&b in France: "Le Logis de Nogarère": http://logisdenogarede.fr/
It is situated in the South-West of France, in the northern part of Lot et Garonne between Cahors, Marmande, Sarlat and Villeneuve-sur-Lot - that's Perigord country, quite a distance from the Atlantic coast.
The website does not have a version in Engish, so it is possible that the owners (who are naturists themselves) do not speak English.
It is a small structure (three bedrooms only) with a swimming pool, a sauna and a jacuzzi, and it looks promising - but it obviously has to be tested first.
Looks like one to try after our planned fortnight at Euronat this year.
