I just wonder if anybody has use any of those beaches in the last two years or so ?
Thank you

For me... Shellness AKA Leysdown is the best in Kent. Usually a longer journey for most but the good thing with that is that it's too far for a curious person or looky-loo to go (usually).
If it's windy the grassy area behind the beach offers good cover.

That's good to hear about Sandwich and have you ever come across any problems with local people or law enforcement .
I will check out both beaches in the summer thanks for advice 🙂
I have never come across any problems with the locals or the law ! I think most local people know the far end is used my naturist so it isn't a shock when they see us.......
How much usage do these beaches get these days? We are sometimes on Sandwich Bay beach on weekdays but it's been a while since we've seen anyone. And I've not ventured to Abbot's Cliff yet.
It'd be good to find somewhere which has a family vibe
When I lived near Folkestone it was a long walk to Abbots Cliff and the same to Sandwich Bay. I would not say either have the family vibe, unless things have changed and Abbots Cliff is quite rocky. It also is very much dominated by men out for one thing.

Hmm. How about Leysdown?
It's a bit of trek to get there from where I am but I have been to Leysdown a couple of times this year.
On both occasions the users were predominantly male. I only noticed a couple of the women there each time but they seemed quite comfortable with so many males around.
However, on the first occasion there was a textile family quite close to the naturist section with a couple of children (approx. ages I'd guess 8 and 10) who didn't seemed at all bothered when they got into the water with a surf board and messed about with it in the area where several of us naturists were paddling/swimming. The parent didn't seem bothered either which I thought was very positive.

We have been regular users of Sandwich Bay for a few years now. Certainly right about the male contingent could do with some more couples tbh. However, they tend to keep to themselves. You do have to remember it is not an official naturist beach unfortunately so just be considerate of dog walkers etc. Apart from that a great beach, we park at the golf course end, get the mountain bikes out and ride to the designated area which is about 10 mins tops. Once at the end of the path enter onto the beach and either go left or right. Shallow water at low tide which is invariably warm during summer months. Look forward to seeing you there.
I find it much easier to swim at Sandwich Bay at high tide. The tide goes out a long way at low tide, over very flat sand
