I am 46 years old and cannot really remember not enjoying being naked. I grew up in a small rural area, with lots of dams on my Granparents farm. I can remember skinny dipping when I was about 13 or 14 and really enjoying being naked outside. I thought this was not something to do in public, and didn't know about nudist beaches so kept it to the dam for a few years when the opportunity arose.
When I would go on holidays to the coast in my late teens, I remember looking in local directories (pre internet) for nudist beaches, and I would head there as soon as I had an opportunity. I have always found it very natural, and refreshing being naked outdoors, particularly at the beach around other nudists.
My Zen time is naked at the beach with a great book, and possibly other nudists to chat to if the opportunity arises.

That sounds great. I think I have always been a nudist and have always tried to be naked where ever possible. When I was in my early teens I used to go to a big park nearby and wander naked in the woods. It was so invigorating being naked. Later I used to go with my then girlfriend and we would walk the same woods though she was a bit more apprehensive but soon got used to it.
