Hi - this is just an idea, and maybe I should send it to the administrators but thought I'd mention it in open forum first.
I'm on a few other forums (is that the correct plural?) and many of these have listings that are almost reference places, such as music for certain occaisions; places that sell certain parts; events and shows for vehicles up and coming etc. I wondered if we could maybe set up something that lists naturist campsites across Europe, perhaps categorised within country. Members can then add sites as and when and put some factual comments - probably best to leave out personal opinion as one person's party place is another persons nightmare.
The reason for suggesting this is that while we get France4Naturisme brochures each year, when reading through the threads we are noticing one or two sites we have not heard of (eg La Petite Brenne; El Portus; Montanaturista) and feel it would be great if we had all this knowledge captured in one place. Also, it seems easy to find naturist places in France and Spain - we struggle for other countries.
There is selfish reason behind this - we plan to tour Europe a couple of times next year and it'll be a mix of textile and naturist but where there are naturist sites we'd like to take advantage - but hopefully such a listing could could be useful for others too?
If we've already got something like this then great, but i haven't found it. Appreciate thoughts and comments on whether it is likely to be too hard to manage.

I think it usful that reports are listed. However their are several comprehensive places for info you may wish to try.
There is a site http://www.naturistguide.eu/ which lists places all over Europe. Another giving reports is http://www.naturist-holiday-guide.com/index.html
Google earth kmz files are also very useful. Look on google earth community or google for links. I've added one below which I hope works. I've an excellent one for for France which includes site details. The problem is it's too big to upload. Having a search for some will give you something to do on these dark cold nights! 😕

A comprehensive list of French naturist sites can be found by seaching by category on the French Camping Club's site http://www.campingfrance.com/UK/
Click on Search by Features then select Nudist Campsite under General Information.
The rest should be obvious.

I sense a bit of (understandable) frustration at you having to re-post information and this was what my original question/hope was all about.
I think it would be great if we could have an area where we could easily go and see a form of reference listing of naturist campsites and resorts rather than having (in my case) keep asking about sites.
It would have to be monitored because there is a fine line between recommendation and advertising (and alternatively criticising and defamation) but it can be done. As I said in my orginal text a couple of other forums that I am on do this as a list of suppliers of spre parts for vehicles with no specific recommendation.
For example I am really struggling to find sensible websites for Germany, which surprises me as I thought they were big on naturism (relatively speaking).

I feel France is well catered for but other countries in Europe are harder to find sites in - for example I just stumbled across Monte Naturista in Portugal and that might fit the bill nicely for what we want to do in May and June but it was just luck that I found it.
I appreciate this is extra work for the admin/moderators (I'd be happy to do this but I'm pretty useless with websites etc so would probably muck it up) but I think it could be a very useful addition as the UK is well cared for, but many of us love going to Europe and being free and naked in the better weather.

I'm with Adam on this one. I like to use the winter months to browse possible holiday spots for the following summer. Whilst it is perfectly possible to use google to find a beach in Holland, for example, a recommendation from a fellow NC visitor would be good.

Maybe you can post in the 'Suggestions & Added Features' board or PM me, exactly what you would like to see. I don't know what you mean by

An area? Do you mean just a board or something different like a full web-page accessed via a link or tab.
Do you want someone to list all known campsites then wait for members to comment on them, or just allow a list to develop as sites are added. etc, etc.

We all know that brochures only tell part of the story. Reports can help you decide at which naturist place you want to stay. That is one of the reasons why I join an online naturist group.
I guess the most logical way to organize this is to create a page with the naturist sites organized per country. This would allow members to post a review in the right category. This way everyone would have easy access to
the information one is looking for. URL's of naturist destinations can change in time, and as I stated earlier, brochures and thus also websites, do not show the whole picture. In short, I would not restrict this information to links, but would devote it to 'written' reports.
This is something that's on our 'to do' list.
With this new software we have the ability to add sub-boards, which seems to be the ideal way of achieving this.
Once things settle down from the changeover, I will get on to it hopefully in the next few weeks. 🙂

Apologies if as a newbie I'm being precocious but why not have a member's site experience forum arranged by location. I've visited quite a few sites eg Kovarsada, Solaris, Krk (now mixed textile I'm sad to report - I particiated in the death of naturism requeim last September organised by the German residents - I would like to attach a photo but don't know how to) Konobe all in Croatia and I love it; Almanat and El Portus (paradise) in Spain plus others.
