I had my first longer naked walk today. The sky was clear blue and the sun shone all of the time I was out. I was surprised how few people I saw on my 16 ¼ mile walk especially as a couple of miles was on a cycle track. This walk is not for the faint hearted and I wouldn’t take anyone on it unless they were desperate. There are much easier ways to achieve a similar walk to this one. I took a few routes I wouldn’t normally take to avoid deep puddles and an overflowing river neither of which is normally a problem but we have had such wet weather for so long everywhere is waterlogged. Everyone I met was friendly and spoke to me. At the footpath on the edge of Clumber Park there were 2 forestry commission vans parked on the track in front of me, should I cover myself or not. I could see that they could already see me from a distance and they looked to be carrying on normally so I decided not. I approached them with a cheery hello and they instantly replied. I asked them what they were going to do today and they showed me which trees they were going to cut down. No one mentioned that I was naked and I went on my way. I had a brief chat with a couple of different guys with dogs. I passed a small group of cyclists and I heard one of them say am I seeing what I think I am seeing to the group. As I walked round the edge of a field a tractor pulled alongside of me and just carried on. The walk I did today is quite varied. Starting off on heath land, then along the side of fields and cut across one that hasn’t been turned over or planted yet. Along a cycle path, through woodland, along the side of a field and across a road where there was a guy with a van litter picking, he saw me coming and just gave a friendly wave as I crossed the road. Along another river through some more woodland, along a disused railway track, past a free range chicken farm, along a river and back through a forest by the side of a main road to where I had parked my car. What a fabulous day. I have included the track if anyone is interested.

Cracking walk by the sounds of it I usually do my naked hiking up in the hills after I've pitched my tent for the night and there's no-one around. Think it would spoil my walk thinking I could bump into someone but it sounds great.

Looks like a good walk Gildo, bit to far for me though.
I was out yesterday for 2 1/2 hours naked, the weather was great 5.30 till 8 pm
I'm not sure how far I walked as I have no means to measure the distance but I would guess about 7 miles at 3 miles a hour is about right.
May be you'll have a better idea.
I parked where you park at Budby... straight along the service road that runs across the top of the common separating it from the forest... when reaching the  No6 cycle route I turned right... turned left at the cattle grid into the forest, over the fallen tree and across the clearing to the tarmacked road... turned right until the service road on the left..... followed this till the tree line ended and turned left keeping the fields on my right... right at the folk in the path again field on my right... down the hill and left up towards Warsop wind mill. Left when reaching the service road and back to the top of the common onto No6 cycle path and down the service road at the top of the common back to my car. I'm sure you know these routes and might have an idea of the distance
Didn't see a soul might try it again later today.

Yes I love walking round here clothed and naked.
I thought 7 miles would be about right as my dodgy knee was aching, which it does when I walk a reasonable distance.

First long nude walk of the year today. Swaledale onto Harkerside moor and back. Around 7 12 miles. Started at 08:30 after parking car at start of bridal path.

Normally I walk a bit out of sight before undressing but today just got naked at the car. Didn't see anyone until about 2 miles in, way in the distance on another track and guess what? He was nude too. A mile later nearly got caught by an elderly couple who appeared behind us from nowhere, wife insisted I put my shorts on. We let them pass us as we had a break and they smiled and said hello. They must have saw me nude a few minutes earlier but didn't say.

2 landrovers went past not long after starting the return leg so the shorts were on again for a minute then another 2 miles and a break. We could see another 2 walkers nearby who again must have saw I was nude as we descended so I stuck my shorts on until they passed.

Again a cheery greeting and a comment from them about it's a long way to come to sunbathe, but that was it. Then it was uneventful back to the car, nude all the way. What a great 3 hours walk, all nude except for 5 minutes.

I got the feeling those we passed wouldn't have bothered if I had just put something in front of me or not instead of putting shorts on. Need to work on my wife more to get her to relax with me nude on the walk or eventually join me nude on the walk. She is a nudist too but worries about getting caught on a walk.
