I went up to Howsham yesterday (should have known better in the school hols) to here the sound of lots of children, so decided to take a walk on the other side of the river,I took my grass shears to cut away the weeds on the path on the way.
On my return I encountered a family group, 3  14/15 year old lads who just tittered ,mum who said good afternoon and then 3 grandparents who sugested as it was a narrow path that I should walk passed "them".
Then mum returned to me and asked if there was anywhere to swim, I said they needed to go to the mill on the other side of the river, I said I would show them so they followed me. As we got to the mill (I had put my shorts on by then)there was a sign on the gate reading.
School /Family fun day today, please keep your dogs under control, wear clothing or swim wear.
The family group pointed it out and we laughed then they thanked me and went on their way.

I presume by putting a special "clothing" sign up on special days that they have now accepted that being naked at other times (as I am ) is the norm.
