A lot of information can be found at Naked Places
From the 'Downloads' link you have access to a number of very useful kmz files which can be opened in Google Earth.

We use http://www.naturistguide.eu/ - which is becoming the best guide to naturist holiday venues throughout Europe - and includes campsites, bed and breakfast, hotels, rental accommodation, and full-blown resorts. It even includes South Africa - though I didn't know SA was in the EU!
The site where we have a caravan - Valley Club at Harrogate - is listed and because we're very near to the route of the 2014 Tour de France we're expecting a lot of interest from European naturists.
