I have not been to Burton Bradstock (Hive beach) for some years. Has anyone been recently and what is it like now? I am thinking of going later this week if possible.
On my last visit I had to go some distance to the right (west) on reaching the beach to get to the unofficial naturist area.
(Or maybe I'll go to Budleigh Salterton's official beach)

The beach I mentioned at West Bexington is close to Burton Bradstock and easy to access north-west along the coast path from the car park.:

There isn't such thing as 'Official' and 'Unofficial' now, as naturists are no longer confined to 'designated' areas. According to the new CPS and Police guidelines, and providing you don't do anything naughty, you are within the law.  I personally would still keep a 'safe' distance away from textile beach users, until they get used to seeing naked people about. It seems the sensible thing to do.
So no more long distance treks to find a secluded spot.

'A nudist resort is simply a place where men and women meet and air their differences'."
