So, due to the sad demise of Bolding Way, for our week's sojourn in Norfolk we had to go to Broadlands as the only other naturist site. Location being just a couple of turns off a main road is very good and a good touring base for the Broads area, though from our perspective, not as ideal as Bolding Way with direct access to the coast path and a bus to villages as it meant driving everywhere to places of interest which was a bit tiring. The site has a 'lot' of trees which was a plus for the first half of the week with temperatures near 90, not so much for the second half which disappointingly turned. Frustratingly we missed out on a day or two of walking and had to go round a couple of towns instead which isn't really what we want to do on a holiday. Happily the Saturday was nice and Horsey and Hickling Broads were enjoyed as well as Fairhaven gardens and Whitlingham country park earlier in the week. Great Yarmouth which we went into for the evening to see the Hippodrome circus (good but overpriced) was truly awful. The day had been spent roasting on Winterton beach which was fantastic. Just walk 10 mins to the left from the car park and with a windbreak you will have a peaceful day. One of the best beaches I have seen, fantastic for kids. Passed by the Corton village sign going to Southwold the next day but decided to leave childhood memories intact of that beach.
The site has a good sauna which we enjoyed on a cooler evening for a pound, an indoor pool which we didn't get round to as unfortunately the free time we had to go in there, the pool was being cleaned of the algae caused by yup the hot weather through the roof, and Saturday night had a very good three piece band in the club house. I did think the lack of a bar is a downer. It provides a natural social centre to which people can gravitate to and mix and even on the four hot days at the start of the week many seemed content just to stay by their units and not go to the sunbathing areas. A couple of members were rather pessimistic about the long term future as there were no prospective new members. I hope it'll survive but it is a contrast to some other clubs like White Rose which has a waiting list. We still enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back again as Norfolk has so much to see and do.

I agree with you Brigitte that Norfolk is a lovely county. Week had a great week in north Norfolk, walking and visiting lovely villages and towns. We stoped off for a few days R&R at Croft on our way home. I can't say that we will ever visit Norfolk again though as it us a mammoth journey from the south west.

I've just booked us in with our tent for 9 nights in July, so will put a report in after that. It's handy for visiting friends in and around Norwich, where we lived many years ago before our naturist days.
Does anyone have anything to say since @devman and @elise were there in 2018? I gather it's under new management (change of committee, new blood?) at some point but perhaps that was pre-2018? The online booking was simple, and they just ask for photo-ID and proof of address on arrival, preferably BN membership but not essential. We'll take driving licences and a bank statement.
Visited for a week back in May. Liked it so much I joined during my stay and am now a full member.
I do agree it would be a lot better with a bar. I always find a bar acts as a focal point rather than people sitting about by their units.
Overall I am very pleased to be a member and have visited since. More visits in the pipeline.
All totally dependent on the weather (the forecast doesn't look good at all), but I'm thinking of dropping in as a day visitor on the 25th June just to see what the place is like.

Happy to report, that I was able to make it for a few hours. The place is well run and very relaxing. They have an outer wooden walk way, which is mainly used my those walking their dogs but I did about three circuits naturally and really enjoyed the experience.
The pool is excellent for gentle swimming, but not that if your a single then you have to wait for someone else to swim too before your can enter. That said the folks staying there were very thoughtful and joined me so I could swim. I can’t thank them enough.
Bottom line if your into naturist camping I recommend it.
