So those of you that have followed our post know that my wife and I enjoy going to Studland and that our kids don’t positively know that we go onto the naturist beach there. This afternoon for the first time we’re taking them onto Shell Bay and pitching up about 500m from the naturist section. We’ll then advise them to take a walk along the beach to enjoy the scenery.
We’ll then wait to hear their view on the naturist beach and gauge if it’s safe to let them know we enjoy going there too.
Let’s see.
We hope the weather was better at Studland than in West Sussex! Wouldn’t have seen many naturists along here this afternoon.

We didn’t. The kids just stayed in the textile sand dunes except for when we played boules.
Still fun day out.
We took our kids to nudist beaches from a young age but we are normally naked in the garden and on holidays in private pools, nudist swims etc so it was just normal.
I would suggest just talking to them about it - not forcing them to be naked there shouldn't be an issue with them having swimwear - one of our kids always wore swimwear (boy) but neither were bothered at all by everyone else being naked around them.

If we had taken the plunge in naturism when they were young then I agree. But it totally is different when they are all young adults. We enjoy our naturism but we love and respect our kids and what to open up this world to them slowly.

Even more reason to talk to them. If you had carried out your original plan I think they would have been very resentful. By talking they have all the options. They may go "Ugh how disgusting!" to "OK but don't include us" if your are very lucky they could decide to give it a go themselves

.I was born naked, what's your excuse?
