I plan to walk in the South Forest area tomorrow morning (Tuesday 18th September) at about 11.  If I can find it, I will park in the car park where Gildo has indicated he parks and set out from there.  If anyone cares to join me, I would be glad of the company.

Sod it! Only just read your post otherwise I'd have joined you. One of those rare occasions with time to spare this morning. I really must check-in more frequently. Such a warm and sunny day for this time of year too. I hope you had some company and enjoyed your walk.

I'm sorry you didn't see the post earlier, company would have been welcome. As it happens, I chickened out of the South Forest walk on the back of Gildo's comments and a sudden fear of being struck by a falling branch blown down by the fierce winds, and being discovered with no clean underwear or anything else for that matter. I opted instead for a fabulous walk down the River Trent bank on the Notts side near West Burton power station. A good six miles of naked sunny and windy walking. Loved it. If the weather gives us another warm day, I'll let you know if I'm going again.

The weather forecast for Thursday is for a warm day, so I mmay well have another go at wandering in the South Forest, probably starting at about 11am. Company always welcome.

What a wonderful place South Forest is for a walk. A bit busier than I am used to, so not as much nude time. If I had been braver and more familiar with the area, I am sure I could have been nude for much longer. If the weather for Wednesday is warm as forecast, I plan to walk there again.  As usual any company would be welcome.

Went for a 10 mile naked walk in Sherwood Forest yesterday afternoon. there were very few people about. I found myself following a couple. man and woman and catching up with them. I was hoping they would notice I was behind them before I got too close but they didn't. they stopped to call their dog back to them just as I was close to them. I just said hello I thought your dog wasn't going to come back as I passed. they looked surprised but said hello and I walked by. A few seconds later they had caught up with me and started chatting to me. They were very interested about my state of or should I say lack of dress which gave me the chance to tell them all about naturism She didn't know it wasn't illegal to be naked and was surprised to be informed differently. While we were walking a couple of guys walked past us as we talked and walked for a couple of miles. After I left them I saw three collie type dogs running towards me one of them became aggressive and I thought it was going to bite me. the owner appeared and didn't bother to call the dog off he just ignored what was happening for a while and then called it. It started towards him so I started to walk away and the dog turned and went for me again. the owner just said I'm surprised the other dog didn't have a go at you. I eventually managed to get away from the dog without injury but the whole episode would have been very frightening for some people. The guy didn't seem to have a problem that I was naked but he seemed totally unconcern about what his dog was doing. I would have liked to have warned him that if his dog had bitten me I would have insisted on it being put down, even though its behaviour was his fault. However I didn't say anything that might upset him despite his lack of concern for me. I believe when you are naked you have to behave impeccably and I usually do no matter how anyone else might be behaving.

Let me know next time you want to go and I will join you if I am available. I can show you where to go to go, I often walk between 10 and 20 miles naked very rarely needing to cover up.

I expect I will be walking again on Wednesday next week. It will be a bit chilled than I have been used to walking naked, but perhaps I need to toughen up if I am to carry on this wonderful pastime during the chillies months. I should be very grateful for your company and your guidance if you are available. I can't confirm yet, as it all rather depends on what plans my wife has for me.

I think I may be available on Wednesday, keep an eye on the weather and keep in touch. We can decide the day before when things are a little clearer.

Sounds like another typical dog owner not caring or realising how their dogs behaviour affects someone else!.Bye the way i love dogs!. 🙂

Just back from a 9 mile naked walk in Sherwood Forest. According to my car the temperature was 13 degrees C when I set off. It was cloudy but stayed dry. The warden was out today with a large group of volunteers, they saw me in the distance but I didn’t go and talk to them today. When I first started out I met a woman with 3 dogs, she was very nice and grabbed one of the dogs that was showing a lot of interest in me. It didn’t seem aggressive but she put it on a lead anyway. I like responsible dog owners. The next person I met was a guy walking on his own along the cycle track, I turned off the track so as not to walk past him but he had anticipated where I was going and met me head on, he obviously wanted to walk past me because the track he had turned on to didn’t go anywhere. I was a little suspicious of his motives but I smiled and said hello and he just said hello and asked me if I was ok. As I crossed one of the forest roads two vans passed me I guess forestry workers, they didn’t even slow down. Then I came upon a forestry worker sitting in a van with the door open. I just walked passed I don’t even know if he noticed me as he was playing with his phone. When I was a few yards from my car a guy turned off another track just in front of me so I walked behind him until I got to my car and drove home. Another very enjoyable afternoon.

I have just returned from a fantastic walk in South Forest with Gildo. He and I managed about 7.5 miles before I had to leave.  We had got back to the car park just as the sun came out with a vengeance, so Gildo chose to continue his wanderings, making me really jealous...but there'll be another time. This was a walk of firsts for me. First time I had walked with anyone, first time I had walked naked with anyone, first time I had walked past anyone naked, and first time I had stopped to chat to anyone. Why oh why have I been so shy in the past.
Gildo is a great guide. He was already at the parking place when I arrived. This was the first time that we had met, but it was clear as he got out of his car naked, that this was the man I had arranged to meet to accompany me in the forest. I was dressed in my shorts and polo shirt, and mumbled something about wanting to warm up before I stripped. Gildo simply said, 'you do what you want. I am sure that he was aware of my nervousness at being naked in such a public place, but he simply let me take my own time to be comfortable. Once we were off the beaten track, I realised it was now or never, and stripped myself. After that there never seemed a need to get dressed again. We passed close to a number of people, spoke to still more, and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. We met one chap who made a point of stopping to talk to us and asking if this were 'a naturists area's. Gildo explained that there were a few naturists who walked in the area and that it wasn't illegal. The guy was interested, and on another occasion I suspect may have joined us. When we got back to the parking area, I put my clothes back on (Gildo remained naked) and now I wish I hadn't. Next time! Thanks Gildo for a great walk.
