Small friendly beach between wind surfing school and main St AyGulf beach, towards Eastern end, but west of river Argen estuary to sea.

Stay at textile Le Ponts De Argen and just walk down, or park on road nearby campsite or in many car parks on front and walk towards eatern end (head back to Frejus along beach.

We like it beacause camping is cheap out of season and access is very easy and folks there very friendly. Sea is not rough though access like many Med beaches can be steep in places.

I love that beach too.
It used to be very noisy in the old days (and I do mean OLD days...) because of helicopter traffic to and from the Navy base next door, which has since then been closed.
The beach can get quite crowded in the high season, and textiles do tend to encroach - although this is not a bad problem, since the beach is fairly wide (by Riviera standards) and offers quite a lot of space.
In the high season it can be fairly difficult to find a place to leave your car.
