I'm a member of Somerset Strolling Bears, a group of varied size who wander in different parts of the south west, with numbers varying, depending upon location, time, and weather.

Went for first naked walk of the year today, only a couple of hours, but great to get outside with no clothes on.
Quite warm, and even a bit of sun.

Hey Don, do please let me know when your walks are happening as I've never yet dared to go strolling, other than a quick nervous dash around bits of Bodmin Moor occasionally, but I'm sure I'd be a little more bold if I was in a group and would love to join you sometime this summer if I can.  I love the idea of naked rambles, it's just that I'm a big scaredy-cat about meeting textiles on the way.

Sorry, very short notice for you, but there is a walk tomorrow, starting near to Simonsbath, Devon, at 10.30. Starting at  the first D shaped pull in on the road towards Lynton, from Simonsbath, if anyone is interested, just come along, not intended to be a very strenuous walk.

Oh how I'd love to join you tomorrow.  Enjoy it anyway and I hope the wind is not as chilly as it is here at the moment.

Maybe next time for me and thanks for letting us know.

just as well you didn't make the journey, it was b****y cold, the wind was whipping through across the open moorland, so that althought the sun looked glorious, the net effect seemed like -10.
Consequently our 4 starters soon became just two, and although we were not fully clothed, we did have to cover ourselves somewhat, such a difference from a fortnight ago.
Still here's to the next, will warn you in plenty of time

Well, I'm sorry it didn't work out as planned today, Don, but I'm not surprised.  That wind is so lazy today it goes straight through you.  No sign of warm weather yet, either, it's going to be even colder tomorrow so they say.
But yes, please do let me know when your next excursion is due and I'll try to join you.

I'm often told that I ramble on a bit but that's a different matter.

I would love to do some naturist walking so if anyone could point me in the direction of a local group they'd make me deliriously happy. I live in Chippenham in Wiltshire.

If we were meant to be nude, we would have been born that way.
