Hi i`ve not got a story to tell i have a few places i walk completely nude in the area between bedford and milton keynes and enjoy these very much . but i`m looking for new places to try , does anyone have any suggestions for this area ? can be open country , woodland or near water as i love to swim too , would prefer somewhere that i can leave all clothes behind and roam free .

Have you tried using Where's the Path? I find it very useful for searching out places to walk. Shame that it does not include the street view part of Google Maps, if only to help find entrances, places to park etc. Just have to open that in a separate tab.

thanks for that i`ll give it a try , though may be best to stay away from public paths if i`m going to walk naked without anything to cover myself which is how i prefer to walk  🙂

I have been using 'where's the path' for a while now to plan walks along footpaths and bridleways away from built up areas.

Maulden woods is nice for nude walking if you're alert for other people.  In the middle of the day it's pretty quiet and if you walk for a while in clothes you'll soon find where the quieter paths are.  At the moment its not such a good idea because of school hols but when they go back you should give it a try

i had a look at where`s the path and to be honest i couldn`t understand it  :-[ . thanks for that idea i`ve not been over that way i`ll certainly have a look at it . at the moment i go to woburn woods and hide my clothes a little way in and walk there , have bumped into a couple of people there but i just said hello and sorry if i startled you . got a hello and thats ok from one and a smile from the other so that was good 🙂

Hi Anya , i tend not to go to clubs or naturist places ( i do go to the beach though ) , instead i like to find quiet places that i can roam free without bumping into too many people along the way as it is not easy as a single male out on his own ,would feel far safer with a female companion but not managed to persuade one to join me yet unfortunately . but i live in hope 🙂 . good to see you are joining in the chat on here so soon i sent you a welcome message hope you find this place interesting and fun

Pity you dont live up here - we've got a lot of remote areas - i often go to the Peak District (18 miles from me) or the Dales. It's lovely to walk naked in these remote areas without the chance of bumping into anyone - I have a couple of times met people in one of my walks but never had any problems 🙂

there is countryside around here but it is a bit well populated unfortunately thats why i put this post on here in case anyone knew of some places fairly quiet . i went and stayed in the peak district with my now ex girlfriend , stayed in a lovely cottage next to the canal which although wasn`t a naturist let it was set out with the living area upstairs so we enjoyed the stay there naked in front of an open fire 🙂 it was a winter break and my very slim ex ( no insulation from the cold ) was not keen on some outdoor walking preferring to enjoy the cosy cottage or a drive out to see your lovely countryside . we did intend to go back in the summer but unfortunately never made it . so i appreciate how lovely and remote the area is and ideal for some naked walking . glad to hear you are making the most of it 🙂

I am making good use of 'Where's the path' for my walks.  It's actually interesting to find how you can cut accross country without going near any roads etc.  The important thing is to know where houses and farms are so you can be alert when you walk near to them.

I used to walk naked in woods quite a lot by recently I've started enjoying the open spaces in the country - there's plenty there if you look for them.

Thanks for your reply AS i found the `where`s the path` quite hard to understand really maybe i`ll have another look at that . i know the area here fairly well but i may be missing a real gem of a place within reasonable distance of here  so thats why i asked the question . i too like the woods but i usually go there in early spring , autumn or winter for my naked walks as the woods give you shelter and tend to feel warmer but not in late spring or summer as you tend to get bitten by flies as the woods are used by horse riders . I much prefer open spaces walking bare foot in long grass is great and riverside walks too when its really warm you can`t beat a dip to cool down and good if i take the dog with me as i like to walk quite a distance and not carry anything with me . Rich .                                      SO IF YOU ARE READING THIS MORE IDEAS PLEASE  🙂
