We have just put our naturist friendly 3 bed farmhouse in s/w France up for sale including 2 acres with lake,pool and barns only €132160. about £116K.
I am amazed. We are in the process of buying the bungalow next door to ours in Bélézy and we are paying about one quarter of this amount of money.
As long as people are prepared to spend this sort of ridiculous money things won't change.

At first sight, I've found it really expensive but thought it could be maybe reasonable there, real estate prices are very strange. Now I see that many of you find it too expensive there too.
It's a bit OT, but don't you think that often services for naturists are higher than the textile version (camping, hotels and so on)?

House prices in the south and southwest are far higher then in the north, and pantherman66 is right this could get a bit political.
Getting back to the property in question, if you look at the floor plan and the photos, then in my mind it is even more over priced. The floor plan shows bedroom one to be open plan, and in the photos, one photo shows it as a bedroom, and another shows it as a sitting room.

A beautifully fitted out shed - but the price! And you don't even get the freehold of the land for that, its a lease. Conversely, unless you're prepared to pay megabucks, what other property comes with heated pool, sauna, hot tub, games courts, clubhouse etc. all thrown in. And, hopefully, no question of complaints from the neighbours about nakedness.
Thankfully living "up north" we are reasonably priced and no we don't have the swimming pool , but we do have the sauna , the hot tub and the games court ( large secluded rear lawn)and the clubhouse ( lounge) and it is freehold and twice the size of the property in question , and a lot cheaper .Plus all the neighbours know we are naturists. We'll stay where we are ,lol
