What a charming little property Sadly way over my price range.

The price seems unbelievably high to this American suburbanite. Then again, I'm guessing the price would be even higher in San Francisco, New York or Los Angeles.

Been away and just seen this. Couldn't stop myself with a cry of bloody hell on seeing the price. So glad I decided to leave the south and live in Yorkshire 40 years ago.
I do have a nice summer house in the garden can have for half the price!
