My experience of naturism was until recently was as a young man going skinny dipping with friends – mostly in the river or the sea which was always great fun! At the gym I have always felt comfortable being naked in the changing rooms and communal showers in front of strangers or those I know,  Whilst in Brighton a few years back I went to the naturist beach for the first time. It was great to sit unclothed and swim unencumbered once again.  Since then I have enjoyed beaches in various Canary Islands and daily skinny-dips in a private pool. During lock down I have enjoyed being naked on a daily basis around the home.
