My first time was last week. I’ve always been nervious or unsecure to show myself nude to other people.
Checking posts and so, I found some naked yoga class options, and I thought it could be an opportunity to try to exercise myself and do what I enjoy (being nude).
I was not secure to participate, but finally I took courage and did it!
It was kind of strange being nude in front other people, but then I realized all were nude too, all as equal, so I felt comfortable and confident in myself.
Since that moment, I’ve participated in other 3 lessons and it feels great!
I now it’s just virtual, but I took my first steep on naturism.
I’m from Costa Rica, naturism is not that normal as in the UK, this naked yoga classes have been with British people and all of them have made me felt good.
Now I looking for local options, but I’ll keep participating of all these groups that have received me.
Very similar situation in the Philippines and I dare to say it's the effect of Catholicism in the North and Islam in Mindanao in the South yet prior to the arrival of the Spanish and Arabs this was not the case. Indeed locals were absolutely non-plussed and I'm sure this is true for Native Americans throughout Central America. Indigenous tribes in the Amazon basin are ordinarily naked save a few bangles & body paint.
